425 g faina,
275 apa calda,
1/2 lg sare,
20 g drojdie proaspata,
2 cuburi branza topita(merg chiar 4 buc)
2 lg ulei masline,
5 lg lapte,
putin cascaval ras.
In apa calda se dizolva drojdia, sarea si branza topita.Se toarna peste faina si se framanta cca 25-30 min. Se lasa la crescut 1 ora dupa care se modeleaza un cerc cu facaletul, se unge cu o lingura de ulei de masline si se rade cascaval(dupa dorinta).Se ruleaza si se mai lasa la crescut cca 30 min.Se ung cu 1 lg ulei si 5 lg lapte. Se baga la cuptor la foc potrivit cca 20-25 min.
