• 4 foi de aluat foietaj congelate (a cca. 110 g)
• 400 g creveti mici, decorticati
• 2 linguri ulei de masline
• 2 oua
• 2 catei de usturoi
• 1 ardei iute rosu
• 300 g crema de branza
• 50 ml smantana
• 2 linguri suc de lamaie
• 2 linguri patrunjel tocat,sare,piper
1. Decongelati foile de aluat. Incingeti cuptorul la 180ºC. Intindeti aluatul si tapetati cu el 0 forma de tarta .
2. Curatati usturoiul, pregatiti ardeiul iute si tocati-le foarte marunt. Amestecati-le cu smantana, crema de branza,ouale sucul de lamaie si patrunjelul. Condimentati cu sare si piper.
3. Puneti crema si crevetii peste aluat si dati la cuptor 35min.
