punem din nou 25min la cuptor pina primeste o culoare inchisa si se intareste

Incepem pregatirea sosului.
Pasam ceapa si impreuna cu verdeata cu cateva linguri de ulei,strecurat,le punem pe foc.amestecam smantana dulce cu 1lingura faina si dam 1-2 clocote pana sosul se ingroasa.se condimenteaza cu sare si piper.
Servim carnea taiata felii cu sosul si cartofi cuburi, fierti in apa sarata
